The Power Division at Black Hawk Trading & Contracting specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for the power sector, focusing on both low voltage (LV) and high voltage (HV) systems. We offer end-to-end services in the extension and distribution of electrical networks, including the installation of overhead lines (OHL), underground cabling (UGC), pole-mounted transformers (PMTs), and ground-mounted transformers (GMTs). Our team also excels in LV/HV terminations, ensuring seamless and reliable connections.

Our capabilities extend to the installation, testing, and commissioning of critical electrical infrastructure such as substations, RMUs (Ring Main Units), transformers, switchgear, automatic transfer switches (ATS), capacitor banks, and LV/HV panels. We handle all aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and efficient integration into existing systems.

In addition, we are adept at managing distribution lines, including the construction of civil structures, pole/tower erection, and overhead line stringing. Our skilled teams ensure that every installation is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical specifications.

The division also specializes in the installation, testing, and commissioning of standby and continuous power generators, ensuring that our clients have a reliable backup power supply for uninterrupted operations. Our testing services include comprehensive assessments of transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, megger, AC & DC Hi-pot and VLF  testing, as well as LV/HV cable insulation resistance tests.

We further support our clients with the installation and testing of industrial UPS (uninterruptible power supply) systems, ensuring stable power for critical operations. Our expertise extends to industrial grounding and lightning protection systems, including earthing, pre-grounding soil testing, and ground auditing, ensuring the safety and reliability of electrical systems in any environment.
